Xinhua County People’s Congress Standing Committee Deputy Secretary and CPPCC Chairman Yang Shaohong, along with County Standing Committee Member, Deputy County Governor, and Organization Department Director Xu Jingfei, conducted an inspection tour at Xinhua Caire Image Technology Co., Ltd. to assess preparatory construction progress. Key officials from Xinhua High-Tech Zone and related departments accompanied the delegation.

During the facility visit, the delegation examined equipment installation and debugging processes at the consumables production workshop, receiving detailed project updates from company executives. Yang commended the company’s phased achievements, emphasizing: “All departments must implement the County Party Committee’s Guidelines on Accelerating Cultural Industry Development, prioritizing the imaging sector as an economic growth engine. Concerted efforts should ensure Caire Image’s OPC Drum production line commences operations by November, propelling our county’s imaging industry into rapid development.”

Xu Jingfei urged departments to “provide full support for industry growth, actively resolve enterprise challenges, and drive transformation through remanufacturing initiatives to strengthen sector competitiveness.”

Background: Established in June 2021, Caire Image specializes in R&D and production of core imaging components including photocopier and printer OPC Drums. The company recently relocated Shindoo Ricoh’s world-leading OPC Drum production line from South Korea to Xinhua, significantly enhancing local technological capabilities in the imaging sector.
